Refund Policy
Please read carefully before purchasing

At Kentish Publishing Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final.
All purchases made through Kentish Publishing Company, including but not limited to publishing services, consultations, digital products, physical books, journals, and merchandise, are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Misunderstanding of services or products
- Failure to use or complete purchased services
- Delays not caused directly by Kentish Publishing Company
For services such as consultations, publishing packages, and workshops:
- Time and resources are allocated immediately upon booking
- Missed appointments or failure to attend scheduled sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing
All digital products (e-books, downloadable content, guides, etc.) are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kentishpublishing@gmail.com with photo evidence. Resolution (if any) will be determined at our discretion.
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution. Unauthorized disputes may result in a permanent ban from future services.
Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Kentish Publishing Company and must be agreed to in writing.
